Although Morrisville-Eaton had six penalty corners and seven shots on goal in the first half, Sauquoit was able to hold M-E scoreless. Sauquoit did manage to get on the board in the first half, with a goal by Olivia LaSalle off an assist from Sophia Sacco with just over three minutes left in the half.
After coming out flat in the first half, Morrisville-Eaton turned up the heat, scoring six unanswered goals in the second half -- two in the third quarter and four in the final quarter. Molly Orth contributed four goals and an assist in the effort. Abby Leamer added two goals. Addy Shantal, Ally McConville and Riley Dutcher each earned assists. In goal, August Thompson had one save and one goal against.
